- You will receive an email with your ticket(s) shortly after your purchase has been completed.
- Please check your spam folder if you have not received any emails containing ALL your tickets after you have processed your payment.
- You MUST furnish E-ticket(s) or printed ticket(s) to enter the event.
- The E-ticket includes one unique QR code to redeem all tickets purchased under the same transaction. You do not need to check in together at the same time. For example, if you purchased 10 tickets under 1 transaction, then all 10 tickets will share the same QR code. The QR code will be invalid after the 10th person checks in. Please share the QR code with your invitees and no one else.
- No refunds will be issued for tickets purchased.
- Tickets are not nominative and there are no seating plans.
