Being embraced by the twinkling reflection of Hong Kong’s skyline will undoubtedly spark even the newest flames this Valentine’s Day at Spasso. In addition, a professional caricaturist is on hand to capture comedic mementos of the couples in quick, five-minute sittings between 8:30pm and 10:30pm on a first come, first served basis. Couples will enjoy the marriage between the land and the sea in every dish presented and will celebrate with a four-course menu served from 6pm – 8pm (HK$568) or five-course menu from 8:30pm onwards (HK$698). Pairs slip into the romantic mood with aphrodisiac oysters and sea urchin topped with crispy pancetta. A duo of sustainable salmon pastrami & cured foie gras will be followed by a cappuccino of wild forest mushrooms & sautéed shrimp. For the main, the Chef has carefully prepared, “Cinta senese” pork belly confit with Hokkaido diver scallop and an Opera bar cake with espresso gelato and coffee caramel to end. Couples can pair the romantic dinner with a flute of Veuve Clicquot Rosé (HK$135) or a bottle (HK$918). Heart-shaped pizzas will also be served at lunch and dinner from February 10th-16th(HK$188).
