A little al fresco moonlight dining at DiVino Patio offers a less formal but no less romantic Valentine’s option that’s perfect for any couple seeking more smart casual and chic celebrations. The five-course dinner however, is anything but casual with a “Per Iniziare of Fine de Claire” oyster with sea urchin and lime, and a hand-cured wild catch, “Chinook” king salmon. Next, prawn consommé, prawn tortellini with chilli followed by a choice of mains; including a “Monzese” saffron risotto with black winter truffle (menu priced at HK$558) or red snapper, spinach and Siberian Baerii caviar last a Dutch veal cheek for HK$658 per menu price. Sweet endings come in the form of a Gianduja with crunch biscuit sable and nuts, red berries and a spices sauce. Couples can pair the romantic dinner with a flute of Veuve Clicquot Rosé (HK$135) or a bottle (HK$918).
Heart-shaped pizzas will also be served at lunch and dinner on the 14th (HK$188)!
