Conditions apply:
Maximum capacity: 16 persons. You will receive an email with your ticket(s) shortly after your purchase has been completed. Please check your spam folder if you have not received any emails containing ALL your tickets after you have processed your payment. You MUST furnish E-ticket(s) or printed ticket(s) to enter the event. The E-ticket includes one unique QR code to redeem all tickets purchased under the same transaction. You do not need to check in together at the same time. For example, if you purchased 10 tickets under 1 transaction, then all 10 tickets will share the same QR code. The QR code will be invalid after the 10th person checks in. Please share the QR code with your invitees and no one else. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment No refund policy: For cancellation 10 days or more before the event, pre-payment will be credited to your next booking. Ticket cannot be changed more than 1 time . If you opt to postpone it tickets remain valid for 6 months period only . Cancellation received less than 10 days before the event will not qualify for credit or refund. Monsieur CHATTÉ reserve the right to postpone the event in case the minimum number of guests is not reached. Tickets are not nominative and there are no seating plans. If you have any additional questions, please contact info@mrchatte.com.hk. -Cancellation fee of 80 HKD for each of the ticket. In case of Dispute Monsieur CHATTE decision remains final.
