You will receive an email with your ticket(s) shortly after your purchase has been completed. Please check your spam folder if you have not received any emails containing ALL your tickets after you have processed your payment. You MUST furnish E-ticket(s) or printed ticket(s) to enter the event. The E-ticket includes one unique QR code to redeem all tickets purchased under the same transaction. You do not need to check in together at the same time. For example, if you purchased 10 tickets under 1 transaction, then all 10 tickets will share the same QR code. The QR code will be invalid after the 10th person checks in. Please share the QR code with your invitees and no one else. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment No refund OR cancellation policy is accepted. Ticket are not nominative and can be given to an other person if the booking person cannot attend. Monsieur CHATTÉ reserve the right to postpone the event in case the minimum number of guests is not reached. Tickets are not nominative and there are no seating plans.
